#3 Opportunity Research
Armed with your goal strategy and your finance considerations, our team will research the available land, growth potential and liaise with our property management partners to find opportunities that maximise return on your investment.
#4 Choose your Property
We will present you with a selection of house and land packages that best fits your strategy and show you the potential returns of each opportunity based on their configuration.
#5 Negotiate the Deal
We negotiate directly with the builders to get you the best deal with better inclusions and priority in the work schedule to ensure your new investment property is build to a high standard and as quickly as possible so you can start to see returns.
#6 You Become a Landlord
Once the house is built and ready to go, we will help you to find a property manager that will attract and retain good reliable tenants and begin generating positive cash flow so you can reap the rewards of your investment.
